Café Karibo in town

Cozy interior and lovely naturally shaded outdoor dining patio in historic downtown. Great selection of eclectic sandwiches, salads and soups at lunch.  Nightly specials include fresh fish, theme nights (Wed: pad Thai, Thur: curry), and live music on the patio most Friday and Saturday nights.  2 spacious Pétanque Courts in the gardens. Vegetarian dishes. Full Bar.

Fresh on site micro brewed beer in restaurant and pub.

New airconditioned upstairs dining room with full bar for parties and ceremonies with outside balcony seating overlooking the courtyard.

And to fill out the Corner of Alachua St and 3rd. the Poynter family has now added the brand new TIMOTY’S FRY SHACK, totally devoted to seafood, grilled and fried.
